Abstract:
This battery measurement device (50) comprises: a signal control unit (56d) that is provided on a first electrical path (81) and outputs an AC signal from a storage battery (42) or inputs the AC signal to the storage battery; an AC signal measurement unit (56c) that is provided on a second electrical path (82) and measures, via the second electrical path, the AC signal flowing in the first electrical path; a response signal input unit (52) that inputs a response signal of the storage battery to the AC signal; and a calculation unit (53) that calculates information about the complex impedance of the storage battery on the basis of the AC signal and the response signal. A magnetic flux passage region (S10), which is surrounded by the second electrical path and through which a magnetic flux based on the AC signal flowing in the first electrical path passes, is formed in the battery measurement device (50), and the size of the magnetic flux passage region is set so that the error in the complex impedance derived from an induced electromotive force that is generated in the second electrical path on the basis of the AC signal flowing in the first electrical path is within the range of ±1 mΩ.
