Abstract:
A battery module comprises multiple battery units, a case, a wiring substrate, and a lid. The battery units are configured with one or more single batteries having a vent mechanism. At least one face of the case is an open end, and the case has multiple storage spaces which are portioned by partition walls, with each battery unit stored in each storage space. The wiring substrate covers the open end of the case and has a connection terminal that is disposed at the vent mechanism side of the single batteries and is connected to the battery units. The lid covers the open end of the case and the wiring substrate, and is provided with an aperture part. A through-hole is provided at a position where the wiring substrate faces the battery units and is provided in a different area than that of the connection terminals.
