Abstract:
The invention relates to a battery module comprising battery cell assemblies having aligning and fastening elements. The battery module includes a first battery cell assembly having an upper portion with at least first, second, third, and fourth aligning and fastening elements. Further, the battery module includes a second battery cell assembly having an upper portion with at least fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth aligning and fastening elements. The fifth, the sixth, the seventh and the eighth aligning and fastening elements of the second battery cell assembly are arranged to be fastened to the respective first, second, third and fourth aligning and fastening elements of the first battery cell assembly such that the second battery cell assembly can be aligned with and fastened to the first battery cell assembly.
