The present invention relates to a battery module and a manufacturing method therefor. The battery module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery cell stack having a plurality of battery cells stacked therein; a busbar frame connected to the battery cell stack; electrode leads that are connected to the battery cell stack and include a first metal; and busbars that overlap the metal leads and include a second metal, wherein the metal leads and the busbars form a welded portion by welding, the welded portion includes a first region of which the center portion is positioned in the metal leads with respect to the boundary between the metal leads and the busbars, and a second region of which the center portion is positioned in the busbars, and precipitates of the first metal and the second metal are distributed in both the first region and the second region.
