Abstract:

A battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a battery module comprising: a plurality of battery cells facing each other and disposed parallel to each other at least in a first direction; a module cover accommodating the plurality of battery cells and provided in such a shape that at least one surface thereof is open; and a pair of buffer members which are located between a surface of the battery cell, among the plurality of battery cells, located in the outermost position in the first direction and a side of the module cover, and at least parts of which are respectively in contact with the battery cell and the side of the module cover, wherein each of the buffer members is provided as a plate spring having at least one bent part.
