Abstract:
A battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery cell; bus bar assemblies which are connected to electrode leads of the battery cell and are provided at both lateral surfaces of the battery cell, respectively; a heat sink provided on at least one side of the battery cell and the bus bar assemblies; and a pair of cooling plates which are perpendicularly connected to the heat sink and are in direct contact with the bus bar assemblies.
