Abstract:
A battery module according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of battery cells each of which is provided with electrode leads which extend in the horizontal direction from the front and which have at least one bent part, and which is formed by vertically stacking the electrode leads so that the vertically adjacent electrode leads are in face-to-face contact; and a plurality of lead cartridges, each provided with two post parts located at one outer end and the other outer end of an electrode lead, a barrier, between the two post parts, having the form of a vertically raised wall and forming an accommodating space on the inside for individually accommodating electrode leads that are in face-to-face contact, and a first separation part protruding frontward from the top of the barrier to separate the electrode lead protruding to the outside of the accommodating space from other electrode leads.
