Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of electronic component manufacturing, in particular to a battery module and a power-utilization device. The battery module (100) comprises a battery cell module (10), an anti-collision frame (20), and an anti-collision member (40). The battery cell module (10) comprises a first surface (11), a second surface (12), a first side surface (13), a second side surface (14), and a third side surface (15); the first surface (11) and the second surface (12) are oppositely provided; the first side surface (13), the second side surface (14) and the third side surface (15) are separately connected to the first surface (11) and the second surface (12); the second side surface (14) is respectively connected to the first side surface (13) and the third side surface; the first side surface (13) and the third side surface (15) are oppositely provided; the battery cell module (10) is provided with an electrode pole (16); the electrode pole (16) is provided on the first side surface (13) and/or the third side surface (15). The anti-collision frame (20) is provided with an accommodating space (21) for accommodating the battery cell module (10), and a gap (30) is formed between the first side surface (13) and/or the third side surface (15) and the anti-collision frame (20). The anti-collision member (40) is provided in the gap (30), one side of the anti-collision member (40) abuts against the inner surface of the anti-collision frame (20), and the other side of the anti-collision member (40) abuts against an end portion, connected to the second side surface (14), of the first side surface (13) and/or the third side surface (15) provided with the electrode pole (16). Therefore, the safety is improved.
