Abstract:
This battery module structure is provided with a mounting unit, a battery module, a securing member and a movement means. The mounting unit is provided in the vehicle. The battery module comprises cells, a case which internally houses the cells, and a plurality of legs provided on the case. The securing member secures the case to the mounting unit. The movement means is provided on the legs or on the securing member, and during a vehicle collision, the legs move away from the securing member due to the inertial force of the battery module.
