Abstract:
A battery block is configured of a plurality of battery cells each having a gas vent valve. The gas vent valve of each battery cell is arranged in the upper surface of the battery block. A printed circuit board is held on one end surface of the battery block by an end plate. A voltage detection circuit is mounted on the printed circuit board. An electrode of each battery cell is connected to the printed circuit board by an FPC board. A gas duct is provided above the upper surface of the battery block. The FPC board is arranged so as not to vertically overlap the gas duct on the end plate.
