Abstract:
A battery monitoring unit, a fabrication method for a battery monitoring unit and a battery pack. The battery monitoring unit comprises: a circuit board (1); a heat dissipating member (2) which comprises a metal plate (21) used for dissipating heat, said metal plate (21) being arranged close to the circuit board (1); and a fixing board (3) which is connected to the heat dissipating member (2), wherein said fixing board (3) comprises a body portion (31) and elastic portions (32) formed on the body portion (31), the elastic portions (32) being used for filling gaps between the metal plate (21) and the fixing plate (3). By means of forming the elastic portions (32) on the fixing plates (3) connected to the heat dissipating member (2) and enabling the elastic portions (32) to come in close contact with the metal plate (21) used for dissipating heat on the heat dissipating member (2) so as to fill the gaps between the metal plate (21) and the fixing plate (3), the present battery monitoring unit ameliorates the problem of unstable thermal resistance that is generated during a heat dissipation process, which thereby improves the heat dissipating effect of the battery monitoring unit.
