Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery negative electrode material mixing apparatus with a cyclic pulverizing device, the mixing apparatus comprising a mixing chamber (18), wherein a discharge pipe (26) is arranged at the bottom of the mixing chamber (18); a stirring mixing device (2) is arranged inside the mixing chamber (18); and the stirring mixing device (2) is formed by a bottom scraper (25), a through hole (20), first vertical rods (22), second vertical rods (21), a stirring shaft (23), a spiral stirring blade (24) and a stirring electric motor (19). The device is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to use. With the arrangement of a pulverizing chamber (14), materials can undergo a pulverizing treatment; a filter plate (4) at the bottom of the pulverizing chamber (14) can filter out qualified materials in pulverization, then, small size and large size of materials are separated out by means of an inclined plate (16); large-particle materials can be input into the pulverizing chamber (14) again by means of a cyclic feeding device (27), in which a secondary pulverizing treatment is performed, small-particle materials are separated out by means of the inclined plate (16), then are input into the mixing chamber (18), where the materials and additives are mixed. With the stirring mixing device (2), the material mixing speed can be greatly improved, the material production time can be shortened, and the production rate can be increased.
