Abstract:
In this battery pack, in view of the need of prohibiting charge/discharge to a battery module (203) as a secondary battery to/from the outside, a battery module cover (101A) is fixed to a lower case (102) using a break-head bolt (heat cut bolt) (212) so as to be fixed non-detachably from the lower case (102). An auxiliary component cover (101B) is fixed to the lower case (102) with regular bolt (131) and nut (141) so as to permit electronic apparatus components in an auxiliary component (110) to be replaced. This arrangement makes it possible to provide a battery pack provided with a structure that enables the repair of an auxiliary component when the battery pack is to be repaired with transportation safety ensured, and an automobile mounting with this battery pack.
