Abstract:
A battery pack according to the present disclosure is to be mounted to an electronic device, and comprises: a battery for supplying power to the electronic device; a communication unit for receiving electric power from the battery and performing short-range communication; and a setting holding unit for holding a setting related to electric power supply from the battery to the communication unit. When the electronic device is connected to the battery pack, the communication unit performs short-range communication by being supplied with electric power from the battery on the basis of the setting held by the setting holding unit.
