Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery pack, a method for manufacturing same, and a vehicle. The battery pack comprises a box assembly (1), the box assembly (1) comprising a box (11), thermal conductive beams (12), and a temperature control component (13), the thermal conductive beams (12) being disposed in the box (11) and connected to the box (11), the temperature control component (13) being disposed at the bottom area of the box (11); a thermal conductive cover (3), connected to the thermal conductive beams (12) and located above the thermal conductive beams (12) in the height direction of the battery pack, a first cavity (A) being enclosed by the thermal conductive cover (3), the box (11), and the thermal conductive beams (12); and a plurality of battery cells (2), together forming a battery assembly (20), the battery assembly (20) being disposed in the first cavity (A) and above the temperature control component (13). The present battery pack can change the temperature conduction path, reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower regions of the battery assembly, improve the temperature uniformity of the battery assembly, and increase the service life of the battery pack.
