Abstract:
The present disclosure is provided with: first and second wires which are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of each of battery cells constituting a battery pack (1); an RC filter (10) formed of a resistor element (8) that is inserted in the battery cell positive electrode side of the first wire, and a capacitor (9) that is disposed between the first and second wires; and a discharging switch (12) which is disposed between the second wire and the second wire connected to the negative electrode of a one-stage upper battery cell, in a voltage monitoring device including a voltage detector between the first and second wires. The first and second wires and the discharging switch are also connected to both ends of an inter-cell group wire. In the second wire connected to each of the battery cells, a discharging resistor element (7) is disposed at a position so as not to cause discharging of the charge in the capacitor. In the second wire connected to the low potential side of the inter-cell group wire, a current restricting resistor element (14) having a higher resistance value than the discharging resistor element is disposed. Alternative discharging switches (15, 22) and a discharging resistor element (16) are provided which are connected between the second wire connected to the low potential side and the voltage monitoring device-side terminal of the discharging resistor element in the one-stage lower second wire. The switches are turned on upon a voltage drop generated when current flows through the current restricting resistor element.
