A battery pack according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of battery cells; a housing for accommodating the plurality of battery cells; a plurality of bus bars for electrically connecting the plurality of battery cells; a first welding part for coupling, to the bus bars, first electrode terminals provided at each of the plurality of battery cells; and a second welding part for coupling, to the bus bars, second electrode terminals provided at each of the plurality of battery cells, wherein the first welding part and/or the second welding part includes a region in which a laser welding line formed on the bus bars proceeds in the direction opposite to the extension direction of the welding part.
