Abstract:
According to the present invention, in a battery pack including a plurality of secondary batteries, fatigue failure or plastic deformation of spacer members disposed adjacent to the individual secondary batteries is suppressed. Provided is a battery back 100 in which flat, rectangular secondary batteries 1 are stacked in a thickness direction (X-axis direction) alternately with spacer members 2. The spacer members 2 are disposed individually on one side and the other side of each of the secondary batteries 1 in a width direction (Y-axis direction). The spacer members 2 each have a first part 21 facing a portion of a wider side face 10w, lying along the width direction, of each secondary battery 1, and a second part 22 connected to the first part 21 and facing at least a portion of a narrower side face 10n, lying along the thickness direction, of each secondary battery 1.
