Abstract:
Provided is a battery pack capable of reducing manufacturing costs while having both a duct configuration and a battery cell restraining function. A battery pack 1 has a plurality of battery modules 2 (2A, 2B) stored in an upper case 3 and a lower case 4. In the battery pack 1, the battery modules 2 each include a battery unit group 21 in which a plurality of battery units where battery cells 211 are held by cell holders 212 are laminated together, and a side plate 23 that restrains the battery unit group 21 from the side surface thereof with a plate surface-shaped member extending in the lamination direction of the battery units. The side plate 23 has, due to integral molding of the plate surface-shaped member, a hollow duct part that guides a refrigerant in the lamination direction of the battery units to cool the battery cells 211.
