Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/221004
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention efficiently prevents a fuse link from breaking due to vibration or impact while ensuring the fuse link being blown in a short period of time to protect a battery in the case when an overcurrent is applied to the fuse link. This battery pack is provided with: a plurality of batteries (1) that can be charged and discharged; a battery holder (2) that has the respective batteries (1) arranged therein at fixed positions; and a metallic-plate bus bar (3) which is fixed to electrode terminals (1x, 1y) of the batteries (1). The bus bar (3) has: a plurality of fixed terminals (3A) connected to the electrode terminals (1x, 1y) of the batteries (1); a base part (3B) which is connected in series or in parallel to the plurality of batteries (1) via the plurality of fixed terminals (3A); and a fuse link (3C), the distal end of which is linked to the fixed terminals (3A) and the base end of which is linked to the base part (3B). The battery pack is further provided with a heat-insulation member (8) that tightly covers the surfaces of the fuse link (3C) and the fixed terminals (3A) linked to the fuse link (3C).
