Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problem of improving a battery pack combining novel battery shapes. This battery pack comprises: a plurality of batteries including an exterior member having a space formed by a flange of a first exterior portion and a second exterior portion welded together, an electrode group housed in the space, a positive electrode terminal disposed on a first side surface among side surfaces, and a negative electrode terminal disposed on a second side surface among the side surfaces that opposes the first side surface; a pair of restraining members abutted against the first side surface and the second side surface of the plurality of batteries stacked in a direction perpendicular to the second exterior portion, thereby restraining the batteries; an elongate linking member linking the pair of restraining members; and an electrically conductive member which is embedded in the restraining members, connected to the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal, and absorbs position tolerance of the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal.
