Abstract:

A battery pack of the present invention comprises: a battery cell comprising a terminal surface on which an electrode terminal is formed, a bottom surface opposite the terminal surface, and a side surface between the terminal surface and the bottom surface; a first tank facing the terminal surface of the battery cell; a second tank extending from the first tank to face the side surface of the battery cell; and a third tank extending from the second tank to face the bottom surface of the battery cell, wherein the first tank and second tank have a hollow space formed therein to extend across the first and second tank, the hollow space is filled with a first cooling medium and fluidally separated from the outside, and the third tank has a flow channel formed therein to allow a flow of a second cooling medium different from the first cooling medium. The present invention provides a battery pack which has heat radiation efficiency improved by means of liquid cooling mediums received therein to face different surfaces of a battery cell thereof and can achieve highly efficient heat radiation at relatively low costs through the simplification of a heat radiating structure.
