Abstract:
This battery pack comprises: a plurality of secondary battery cells that each have a cylindrical outer shape and each have, on a portion of the side surface of the cylinder, a first contact region and a second contact region differing from the first contact region; at least one rod-shaped body that is formed as a rod shape extending in one direction, with a portion of the side surface of the rod shape abutting the first contact regions of the secondary battery cells; and a housing that forms an accommodating space for accommodating the plurality of secondary battery cells and the at least one rod-shaped body in the interior thereof, with a portion of the inner surface of the accommodating space abutting the second contact regions of the secondary battery cells. In a state in which the plurality of secondary battery cells and the rod-shaped body are accommodated in the accommodating space, at least a portion of the secondary battery cells among the plurality of secondary battery cells are each sandwiched between the first contact region abutting a portion of the circumference of the rod-shaped body and the second contact region abutting a portion of the inner surface of the accommodating space of the housing.
