Abstract:
The present invention provides a battery pack and the like which have a structure improved to enhance energy density and enable enhanced safety when a thermal event occurs in individual battery cells or a cell assembly. The battery pack according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a cell assembly comprising n (n is a natural number equal to or greater than 1) battery cells; a cell case in which the cell assembly is accommodated; and a pack housing having an inner space in which one or more cell cases are accommodated.
