Abstract:
Provided is a battery packaging material, the surface of which having excellent electrolyte resistance and ink printing properties. This battery packaging material comprises a laminate having, in order, at least a protective layer, a base layer, a barrier layer, and a heat-fusible resin layer, wherein the maximum value A of light absorbance detected in the infrared wavenumber range of 2800 cm-1 to 3000 cm-1 and the maximum value B of light absorbance detected in the infrared wavenumber range of 2200 cm-1 to 2300 cm-1, when measured by attenuated total reflection with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy from the outermost side of the protective layer, satisfy the relationship of 0.05 ≤ B/A ≤ 0.75 .
