Abstract:
The present application relates to a battery positioning device and a battery positioning method. A battery comprises a first clamping surface and a second clamping surface, wherein projections of the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface in a first direction are not coincided, and the first direction is perpendicular to the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface; and the battery positioning device comprises a tray and a limiting mechanism, wherein the tray is used for placing the battery. The limiting mechanism is arranged on the tray, and is used for releasing the first clamping surface of the battery when the second clamping surface of the battery is clamped in the first direction. In the battery positioning device provided in the embodiments of the present application, after the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are limited by means of the provision of the limiting mechanism, the pressures on the clamping surfaces are respectively released, such that the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface can be respectively bounded by a machine, thus the battery is not required to be manually bounded. In this way, not only can the production efficiency of the battery be improved, but the possibility of dislocation of internal parts inside the battery in a binding process can also be reduced, such that the structural stability of the produced battery is improved, thus the service life of the battery is prolonged.
