Abstract:
Provided are a battery positioning method and system for battery transfer. The battery positioning system comprises a first-stage positioning mechanism (6) arranged at a battery swapping position (5) and a second-stage positioning mechanism (7) and a third-stage positioning mechanism (8) arranged on a battery swapping device (4), wherein the first-stage positioning mechanism (6), the second-stage positioning mechanism (7) and the third-stage positioning mechanism (8) are respectively used for performing first-stage positioning, second-stage positioning and third-stage positioning on a battery pack (3). By means of the battery positioning method and system for battery transfer, when the battery pack is conveyed to an area where the battery swapping position (5) is located, a stopping mechanism is controlled to be lifted, such that the battery pack is subjected to first-stage positioning in the area where the battery swapping position (5) is located; when the battery swapping device (4) is lifted or a battery transfer conveying line descends, the battery pack is subjected to second-stage positioning by means of the second-stage positioning mechanism (7); and when the battery swapping device (4) is lifted or a vehicle to be subjected to battery swapping descends for the mounting of the battery pack (3), the battery pack (3) is subjected to third-stage positioning by means of the fitting between the third-stage positioning mechanism (8) and the bottom of said vehicle, that is, the battery pack (3) is subjected to coarse positioning for transporting the battery in place, moderate positioning for bringing the battery into contact with the battery swapping device (4), and accurate positioning for lifting the battery, such that same comes into contact with the bottom of said vehicle, thereby ensuring the positioning accuracy for the battery, and improving the efficiency of battery transfer.
