Abstract:
This battery production method comprises: adsorbing the middle section of one strip-shaped separator via a plurality of hole portions provided on the peripheral surface of a winding core; winding, via the winding core, the band-shaped separator along with band-shaped positive electrode and negative electrode, thereby producing a wound body; releasing the adsorption by the hole portions, and pulling out the winding core from the wound body, thereby producing an electrode body; and housing the electrode body inside the battery container, so as to constitute a battery. The hole portions communicate with the interior of the winding core, which has a hollow structure, and the external diameter of the winding core is 2 mm or smaller.
