Abstract:
Provided are a battery replacement device (10), a transfer robot (20), and a battery replacement method. The battery replacement device (10) comprises a vehicle body (101) and at least two battery positions (102) provided on the vehicle body (101); a first sliding assisting assembly (1021) and a first guiding assembly (1022) for guiding a battery movement direction are provided on the bottom surfaces of the battery positions (102), and the first guiding assembly (1022) can limit the maximum displacement of a battery in a direction perpendicular to the first guiding assembly (1022). The vehicle body (101) is used for moving the battery replacement device (10) to a replacement position or a mounting position corresponding to the transfer robot (20) that needs to replace the battery, such that the battery of the transfer robot (20) moves into an idle battery position (102a), or a standby battery placed at a working battery position (102b) moves to a battery compartment (201) of the transfer robot (20), thereby solving the problem of difficult battery replacement due to the large volume and weight of the battery, improving the efficiency of battery replacement, and achieving efficient replacement of the battery.
