Abstract:
A battery safety device is disclosed. A battery safety device according to the present invention measures the voltage of a battery, when a collision has occurred to a vehicle, and simultaneously discharges and cools the battery using a cooling device when the voltage value is equal to or higher than a reference value, that is, if the charge level is equal to or higher than a reference amount.
