Abstract:
A battery swapping method and apparatus, a computer device, a medium, and a program product. The method comprises: acquiring vehicle information of a target vehicle upon detecting that the target vehicle has reached a battery swapping position, wherein the vehicle information comprises battery information of each candidate battery in the target vehicle; sending the battery information to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle; and receiving battery swapping information sent by the user terminal, and controlling, on the basis of the battery swapping information, a battery swapping execution apparatus to execute a battery swapping operation on a target battery, wherein the battery swapping information is generated by the user terminal in response to a battery selection operation performed by a user according to the battery information. According to the present method, a need for the user or a worker of a battery swapping station to input, at the battery swapping station, the battery information corresponding to the battery needing to be swapped is avoided, and therefore, in the present method, the process of determining the battery swapping information is more convenient, the flexibility is high, and the operation efficiency is high. Therefore, according to the present method, the convenience and flexibility of the battery swapping operation and the efficiency of the battery swapping operation can be improved.
