Abstract:
According to the present invention, a voltage adjustment unit has: a current path that connects one end on an input/output terminal side and the other end on a secondary battery side; a bypass path of the current path; a converter which is provide to the bypass path and can convert input power into a predetermined voltage corresponding to the secondary battery or a predetermined voltage corresponding to an external apparatus according to the charging or discharging of the second battery; and a path selection unit for selecting the current path or the bypass path according to the charging or discharging of the secondary battery.
