Abstract:
A battery voltage-based battery protection method and device. The method comprises: if a vehicle operates in a driven state, setting a lower limit reference value for battery voltage to be 'a', and an upper limit reference value for battery voltage to be 'b'; detecting the direct current bus voltage of a battery, issuing an undervoltage early warning if the bus voltage u≤a+δ, issuing an overvoltage early warning if the bus voltage u≥b, and limiting the power output, where a+δ is an undervoltage early warning point set for a vehicle in the driven state, 'δ' is defined as the voltage return difference, 'b' is an overvoltage early warning point set for a vehicle in a driven state; issuing an undervoltage warning if the bus voltage u≤a, issuing an overvoltage warning if the bus voltage u≥b+δ, and limiting the power output to 0, where 'a' is an undervoltage warning point set for a vehicle in the driven state, b+δ is the overvoltage warning point set for a vehicle in the driven state, 'δ' is defined as the voltage return difference. The method and device solve the problem of battery damage of a vehicle in a driven state due to the abnormal battery voltage.
