Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a battery winding method and apparatus. The battery winding method in the present invention comprises the following steps: providing a first diaphragm group including positive electrode plates, a second diaphragm group including negative electrode plates, and a winding mechanism used for winding work, wherein the first diaphragm group and/or the second diaphragm group is provided with diaphragms; and winding the first diaphragm group and the second diaphragm group by means of the winding mechanism, so as to obtain a battery winding core in which the positive electrode plates and the negative electrode plates are sequentially spaced apart, wherein a diaphragm is arranged between any adjacent positive electrode plate and negative electrode plate in the battery winding core. In the battery winding method in the present invention, diaphragms are attached to positive electrode plates and/or negative electrode plates in advance, so as to form a first diaphragm group and a second diaphragm group, and then the first diaphragm group and the second diaphragm group are wound, so as to solve the problems in the prior art of the electrode plates being wrinkled or a winding core becoming S-shaped and the material winding efficiency being low.
