Abstract:
A heat sink (60) includes a first section (60A) to which a control device (57) is attached, a second section (60B) to which an electronic component (59) is attached and which is arranged opposite of the first section (60A), and multiple gas passages (61) arranged between the first section (60A) and the second section (60B) and through which a gas passes. Between the first section (60A) and the second section (60B), multiple partition plate members (60C) are arranged in a row, and the space enclosed by the first section (60A), neighboring partition members (60C) and the second section (60B) forms the gas passages (61).
