Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a parallel-connection battery in which high output and high reliability are balanced. The battery (200) according to the present disclosure comprises a plurality of solid battery cells (2a), (2b), and a connection layer (26) positioned between the plurality of solid battery cells (2a), (2b). Each of the plurality of solid battery cells (2a), (2b) has a structure in which a positive-electrode current collector (21), a positive-electrode active material layer (12), a solid electrolyte layer (25) that includes a solid electrolyte, a negative-electrode active material layer (14), and a negative-electrode current collector (23) are layered in the stated order. The plurality of solid battery cells (2a), (2b) are electrically connected in parallel, and the negative-electrode current collectors (23) of each two adjacent solid battery cells (2a), (2b) are layered with the connection layer (26) interposed therebetween.
