Title:
BATTERYLESS ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/246539
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Proposed are a batteryless electronic device which enhances mountability than before, can stably operate an electronic element, and enables miniaturization, and a transmission system using same. In the batteryless electronic device 3, mountability can be enhanced by as much as electrodes 6, 7 can be adhered to a human body 100 by a polymer nanosheet 10 of a thin film thickness. In addition, by using the polymer nanosheet 10 of the thin film thickness, a batteryless electronic device 3 can be easily adhered to the human body 100 by intermolecular force, an air layer is prevented from being formed between the electrodes 6, 7 and the human body 100, and a reduction in electrostatic capacity can be suppressed. Accordingly, in the batteryless electronic device 3, the electrostatic capacity can be increased and an electronic element 8 can be stably operated without particularly designing an inductor in impedance matching. In addition, even when the surface areas of or the distance between the electrodes 6, 7 is made small, the electronic element 8 can be operated.
