Abstract:

The invention relates to the chemical and metallurgical industries and can be used for bauxite processing. The technical result of the claimed invention consists in simplifying bauxite processing while increasing the efficiency thereof. Said technical result is achieved in that a bauxite processing method comprises a step of preliminary comminution of bauxites, a step of mixing the comminuted bauxite to a pulp state with water processed with a magnetic field, a step of subjecting the pulp to a rotating magnetic field formed by rotating ferromagnetic elements in a reaction chamber, wherein said step is carried out in a vortex layer at a rotation speed of the ferromagnetic elements of a minimum of 2800 rpm until a magnetostriction effect arises and forces and energies are formed allowing recovery of metals, after which a step of separating off the metal oxide mixture produced is carried out.
