Abstract:
A Bayes- and fault tree-based reliability evaluation method for a computer numerical control machine tool, relating to the technical field of reliability evaluation of computer numerical control machine tools. First, a computer numerical control machine tool is regarded as a system consisting of subsystems, and fault data of the subsystems in the same factory batch is used as prior information; a joint probability density function of failure rates of failure subsystems is used as an onsite data likelihood function, logarithm inverse gamma distribution is used as conjugate prior distribution of the reliability, and a joint prior distribution probability density function of scale and shape parameters of Weibull distribution obeyed by fault data is determined accordingly; then, the mean reliability value of the subsystems in a given task time is obtained by means of Bayes's theorem; finally, a fault tree model is established according to relationships between the subsystems and influences of the subsystems on a machine tool system, and the reliability of the computer numerical control machine tool is calculated by means of fault tree theory. The sample amount of prior information can be increased, a complex sample compatibility test is avoided, and the compatibility of the prior information is ensured.
