| 1. | The beach umbrella stake consists of the stake which bears the umbrella (8) and the stake (2,3,5) which immerses into the soil and is characterized by the fact that the soil pipe is divided into pipes (2) and (5) and that pipe (3) is hammered upward and downward in pipe (2). |
| 2. | The beach umbrella stake according to Claim 1 is characterized by the fact that pipe (3) is embodied with a tap or a screw (4) at the end of pipe (5) through ring (9) while its end bears a projection or a ring (11). |
| 3. | The beach umbrella stake according to Claim 1,2 is characterized by the fact that the pipe (5) bears an embodied handle (6). |
| 4. | The beach umbrella stake according to Claim 1,2,3 is characterized by the fact that pipes (2) and (5) are possible to be solid or its inner parts to be filled with various kinds of materials. |
| 5. | The beach umbrella stake according to the Claim 1,3 is characterized by the fact that it is possible for the handle (6) to make an upward\downward movement and to be hammered in the stable rings (16) and (17). |
The advantage of this invention is that it secures the umbrella by immersing the stake into the soil (sand) with simple upward\downward hammering movements of the stake's half part towards the soil and with reverse movements to extract.
The beach umbrella stake according to this present invention, has the characteristic to be divided into two similar pipes and another one with a smaller external diameter from the holes of the two other pipes. The smaller pipe secures on the wider pipe's hole and moves upward and downward on the hole of the second widest pipe which embodies a point (nose) on its bottom end.
A simple way to present a beach umbrella stake that is done according to the invention, with two parts of pipes which one hammers in an upward and downward movement, makes it easy and since it is proven from its use, it immerses and extracts the soil without the help of tools and rocks (stones).
According to the invention, it is also possible if one wishes for the stake to be united and to bear a movable handle attached to it among two stable rings. The handle hammers up and down on one of the two rings and immerses or extracts the stake out of the soil.
Figure 1 indicates the umbrella's stake facade.
Figure 2 indicates the umbrella's stake in section.
Figure 3 indicates the parts of the umbrella in section.
One way to apply this invention is described in detail in the plans.
The beach umbrella stake consists of two similar pipes (2,5) and one smaller in diameter (3).
The smaller in diameter pipe (3) adjusts at the end of the pipe (5) hole through a ring (9) and is stabilized by welding or screwing (4). The end of pipe (3) slides in an up\down motion through the ring (10) into the pipe (2).
At the end of the pipe (3), bears an embodied ring (11). The pipe (5) bears an embodied handle (6) and a clip (7).
On the upper part of the pipe (5) the stake (8) is adjusted which bears the umbrella.
It is reported in detail that the part (12) is hammered on part (13) for its immersion and part (15) is hammered on part (14) for the stakes extraction out of the soil. There is also the possibility that part (18) can hammer on part (19).
If one wishes to adjust the handle (6), it hammers upward and downward on the stake (5) among the stabilized rings (16,17).
In the plans shown here, a united empty pipe is used (3,5) but it doesn't prevent it from being solid or to be filled with various material in order to increase its hammering power.
