Abstract:
A beak trimming assembly, a beak trimming device, an assembly line, and a beak trimming method. The beak trimming assembly (101) is used for trimming the beak of poultry and comprises a contactless heating device (102); the heating device is provided with a heating end (103); the heating end is provided with a heating cavity (104), and the heating cavity is used for accommodating the beak of the poultry. When the heating device works, the heating cavity starts heating, and the air temperature in the heating cavity rises; the beak of the poultry located in the heating cavity is heated by means of the high-temperature air until the internal tissue necrosis of the beak of the poultry; the beak of the poultry can automatically fall off during subsequent activities of the poultry. In the heating process, the heating end is not in direct contact with the beak of the poultry, thereby reducing the probability of injury of the poultry in the beak trimming process.
