Abstract:
Disclosed is a beam lowering construction method of a subsurface structure in a top-down method, the beam lowering construction method comprising the following steps: firstly, constructing an underground guide groove and an underground continuous wall (10), then constructing a stand column pile (20), installing a crane frame (30) and a crane (33), placing precast beams (40) of an integral structure for each layer in a laminated manner, and fixing the precast beams by means of the crane (33); and then sequentially lowering the beams layer by layer to complete the construction of all the precast beams (40), and then sequentially constructing a large bottom plate (50) and all floor plates (51) for all layers from bottom to top. By using the construction method, neither the lighting nor the air circulation are affected during construction, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the top-down beam lowering construction technology is combined with the prefabricated assembly-type construction technology, so that construction is simple and convenient, and is more effective, stable and safe, and the construction quality is also guaranteed.
