Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a signal sending method and apparatus, a user equipment, a network device and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: obtaining configuration information sent by a base station; on the basis of the configuration information, obtaining at least one reference signal sent by the base station, determining a level value corresponding to the received at least one reference signal, and performing beam measurement on the at least one reference signal to obtain a measurement result, wherein the level value is positively or negatively correlated with the bandwidth of a beam of the reference signal; and determining a level value of an anchoring reference signal on the basis of the measurement result of the reference signal and/or the configuration information, and anchoring an anchoring reference signal corresponding to the level value of the anchoring reference signal for beam measurement and/or data reporting. The present disclosure provides a beam measurement method applied to the millimeter wave communication process and/or terahertz communication process, and the measurement quality and the service quality in the UE moving state can be ensured.
