Abstract:
In a beam splitter assembly 7, a beam splitter 22 is supported at three points by three bent portions 41 of a first spacer 24. Therefore, the beam splitter 22 is able to avoid being affected by surface accuracy of a holder 21. In addition, in the beam splitter assembly 7, the first spacer 24 opposes the peripheral edge of the beam splitter 22. Further, the bent portions 41 are configured by bending outside projection parts. Therefore, the external form of the first spacer 24 can be prevented from being larger than the external form of the beam splitter 22. Moreover, the size of the holder 21 for providing the first spacer 24 can be prevented from being large. As a result, the size of the beam splitter assembly 7 can be reduced.
