Abstract:
The present application provides a beam training method, an initiator device, and a responder device. The method comprises: an initiator transmitting beam training instruction information, the beam training instruction information comprising identifier information of one or more responders participating in beam training, and one or both of information relating to a resource allocated for the one or more responders and information relating to a training sequence allocated for the one or more responders; the responder transmitting an uplink training signal according to the beam training instruction information; and the initiator transmitting training feedback information, the training feedback information comprising information of a beam selected for the one or more responders. In this way, an initiator can allocate resources and/or training sequences for uplink beam training for one or more responders. Thus, the initiator can schedule uplink beam training of the one or more responders, such that uplink beam training efficiency can be improved.
