Abstract:
A beamforming generation method in a system for simultaneously transmitting wireless information and power, and an apparatus for performing same can derive a transmission signal to be transmitted from a base station having an NT (wherein, NT is a natural number) number of antennas to a plurality of information users and a plurality of energy users, derive the signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio (SINR) of each ith (wherein, i is a natural number) information user included in an mth (wherein, m is a natural number) cell by using noise power of the ith (wherein, i is a natural number) information user, derive the energy harvesting amount, of a jth (wherein, j is a natural number) energy user, included in the mth (wherein, m is a natural number) cell, and generate beamforming by using transmission signal power at the base station and the total energy harvesting amount of the plurality of energy users that receive the transmission signal from the base station. Therefore, effects of satisfying quality of service (QoS) of an information user and a transmission power limitation and, simultaneously, minimizing the transmission power of a base station while maximizing the energy harvesting amount of energy users can be improved.
