Abstract:
A bearing cage having an oil storage function comprises an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion and the lower portion form an asymmetric structure. The structure of the upper portion comprises a pocket, screw holes, a boss, an oil conveying hole, and a first cavity. The first cavity used to store oil has a cavity structure in the shape of a round cake. Excess lubricant adhering to a surface of a rolling body is scraped into the boss on an upper end of the cage and stored. Bolt holes are provided in corresponding positions of the upper portion and the lower portion and are used to fix the upper portion and the lower portion by means of bolts. The screw holes are arranged evenly around the pocket. The bearing cage has low costs, and reduces component wear and tear. Even in the case of lack of oil, it is ensured that the thickness of an oil film does not decrease within a certain time period, thereby improving lubrication supply, and reducing friction and wear.
