Abstract:
A bearing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is for rotatably supporting a rotary shaft, and is provided with: at least one rolling bearing which includes an inner ring fixed to the rotary shaft, rolling bodies, and an outer ring for rotatably holding the rolling bodies between the outer ring and the inner ring; a casing which houses the rolling bearing and in which a plurality of first oil supply holes for supplying lubricating oil to a first gap between the rolling bearing and the inner circumferential surface of the casing are circumferentially formed at an interval, wherein each of the first oil supply holes satisfies formula (a): π·d1·δ1<π·d1
2/4, where d1 denotes the diameter of the exit opening of the first oil supply hole, and δ1 denotes the distance of the first gap.
