Abstract:
This bearing device comprises: at least one bearing which has a rolling element and a raceway surface, and which supports a shaft; a member which is disposed on a path where pressing force is transmitted that generates a preload between the rolling element and the raceway surface; a load sensor (50) which is fixed to the member, the load sensor having a resistance value which changes in accordance with the pressing force; and a resistance circuit (60) which connects to the load sensor to form a bridge circuit. The load sensor (50) includes a thin film pattern having a resistance which changes in accordance with the pressing force, and a protective layer which insulates and protects the thin film pattern. The resistance circuit (60) includes a plurality of resistors constituting the bridge circuit together with the load sensor. The foregoing provides a bearing device having little temperature drift and which can measure a preload of a bearing with a simple configuration.
