Title:
BEARING DEVICE, AND TURBO-MOLECULAR PUMP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2008/015849
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A protective bearing equipped with rolling elements of nonmagnetic body in which corotation of a magnetized inner ring is suppressed. An inner ring and an outer ring are formed of a member of magnetic body, respectively, and rolling elements are formed of nonmagnetic body. A magnetism inductor is a member formed of a magnetic material and has a function for inducing magnetism of a magnetized inner ring to a closed magnetic path passing the inner ring and the outer ring. A magnetism inducing portion is constituted of a part stretching out in the extending direction and the axial direction of a bearing fixing portion from the inner circumferential edge thereof, and touches the outer ring in order to reduce reluctance. The interval β of the clearance between the inner ring of the protective bearing and the magnetism inducting portion is set sufficiently smaller than the interval α of the clearance between the inner circumferential surface of the inner ring and the outer circumferential wall face of a shaft. Since the magnetism inductor is provided such that the interval β becomes smaller than the interval α, more magnetic fluxes can be picked up and induced to the closed magnetic path passing the inner ring and the outer ring.
